Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a consultation slot with our consultants.<\/p><h5>Cancellation by the Student:<\/h5><p>Cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation slot, you are entitled to a full refund.<\/p><h5>How to Request a Refund:<\/h5><p>To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your booking details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.<\/p><h5>Consultant Unavailability:<\/h5><p>In the rare event that a consultant becomes unavailable for your booked slot due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either reschedule your consultation at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund, whichever you prefer.<\/p><h5>Refund Processing Time:<\/h5><p>Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Delays may occur depending on your financial institution.<\/p><h5>Exceptions:<\/h5><p>Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending your scheduled consultation, please contact us immediately.
